Product Manager – Data and Integrations

Diversify and accelerate growth of our business through interoperability and open new business opportunity by decoupling and re-combining our data assets and wellness capabilities with others from Humana and within market-based partnerships and ecosystems.
Responsibilities
Role description:
In this role, you will lead innovative initiatives and explore data integration opportunities to create business value, while enabling consumers to succeed in improving health and wellbeing. You will work closely with Humana IT leaders as well as various Humana line-of-business teams to identify and pursue novel use cases where wellness data can create new value. You will interact with API economy thoughts leaders and communities of innovators to form new lucrative partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Diversify and accelerate growth of our business through interoperability and open new business opportunity by decoupling and re-combining our data assets and wellness capabilities with others from Humana and within market-based partnerships and ecosystems.
- Drive interoperability of Wellness data and capabilities with other Humana assets and strategic partners
- Enable Wellness capabilities to become independent assets, capable of pursuing new value streams or market opportunities
- Lead efforts to create plug and play integration platform for rapid partnerships and data exchanges with external enterprises.
Outcomes:
Within 18 months, achieve full interoperability of our data and capabilities with 1 strategic partner.
Within 3 years , achieve full interoperability of our data and capabilities with Humana Clinical Platform.
Within 3 years , enable all our Wellness capabilities to become "stand alone" value streams.
Within 2 years, create new value ( revenue, new products/features, health outcomes) from 3 Wellness "Data as a Product " opportunities.
Within 1 year, create plug and play integration platform for rapid partnerships and data exchanges.

- Data savviness – be highly familiar with analytics and data science technologies, systems and applications
- Interoperability/connectivity acumen - proficient in APIs and other interoperability solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset – able to identify and implement new business opportunities , while motivating defenders of status quo to contribute
- Creative Problem Solving- able to untangle and re-frame complex problems; and to generate creative, 1+1 =3 solutions, using pieces derived from highly distributed systems Results Driven - lives up to commitments , regardless of obstacles

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- Computer Science or related
- 8 or more years of technical experience
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience API platform and Data As a Product
- Experience with large data sets and health-care data
- Intermediate to advanced experience in programming, analytical work, research and/or statistics
Additional Information
If not located in Louisville, travel will be 35%.
