Join our technology leadership team and help support the technology program at ezCater. As the Technology Operations Manager, you will contribute across Security, IT, Infrastructure, Vendor Management, Data and more. We want someone with a dynamic personality supporting each team in both an operational and strategic capacity, as we scale to $2 billion and beyond.

What you’ll do:

• Connect the dots with data, discover trends, assist in forecasts, build charts and present data narratives
• Assist Security, Vendor, Data, and IT teams with building out metrics and KPIs
• Track department performance and identify gaps
• Prioritize and breakdown leadership team tasks, follow up on projects
• Build cross functional relationships and evangelize team value
• Contribute to high level strategy and assist with tactical operations across teams as needed
• Track work and organize backlogs
• Write blog posts describing or evangelizing technology initiatives
• Write approachable documentation 
• Work with vendors and manage 3rd party relationships

This role might be that rare opportunity if you:

• Have experience with BI tools and understanding metrics and trends
• Experience with Agile Project Management tools such as Trello, Jira, or Asana
• Enjoy organizing and distilling complex information
• Are opinionated, but pragmatic, and know that one size does not fit all
• Understand effective process and implementation in both concept and execution
• Enjoy writing and speaking to diverse audiences, keen on oral presentations and persuasive writing
• Possess high EQ / soft skills

• Are comfortable challenging team members to think outside the box
