The Professional Services team partners with our clients to provide additional resources to ensure the success on the Thought Industries platform. Our goal is to help them build, scale, and deliver training and behavior change that leads to higher engagement, product proficiency, and customer retention.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage multiple professional services projects of varying sizes
  • Develop and manage different types of projects, such as; product extensions, migrations, custom development, and consulting 
  • Develop, manage, and execute regular project status updates with your customers and internal stakeholders
  • Quarterback resources across the Thought Industries organization as needed to support customers needs and ensure project remains on time 
  • Create project plans that include defined timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Perform risk analysis to identify issues during the project lifecycle 
  • Assist in preparing statements of work with the ability to plan and prioritize deliverables, create cost estimates, and create a project schedule
  • Advocate for the client and escalate accordingly 
  • Own the success of the project
  • Track the project budget and profitability
  • Assist in the creation of internal and customer-facing processes, programs and materials to improve the quality and efficiency of the Professional Services department


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years in Project Management, Product Management or similar role in SaaS / Software business
  • Experience working with enterprise customers with complex use cases
  • Knowledge of agile project management methodology
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented 
  • Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms
  • Demonstrated technical track record, allowing you to establish credibility and converse fluently with product managers, software engineers, and other such roles
  • Track record implementing software products or solutions to enterprise companies
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance)
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment 
  • Experience with eLearning a plus


Skills:

  • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be an active listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred
  • Experience with project management solutions, such as, Smart-sheets preferred
  • Strong G-suite skills 
  • Comfortable in a startup environment: we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
