Technical Project Implementation Manager

Responsibilities
Minimum of 10+ years real world experience developing an enterprise-wide, effective, future forward project management framework across the organization.
- Assess initiative to determine and develop a project management approach suitable for planning and managing a multi-product development effort.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in various project methodologies - Agile, Scrum, A+S, and Kanban.
- Handle various project management responsibilities; organize project status and working meetings, create and deliver progress reports, and ensure transparency around project status highlighting dependencies/risks to deployment.
- Responsible for coordinating resources and capacity planning and forecasting.
- Fluency and depth knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle concept is a MUST.
- Knowledge in developing and translating business initiatives into actionable Product Backlog.
- In conjunction with product owners, develops requirement documentation, help organizing proper documentation via JIRA, and lead grooming sessions with technology & business stakeholders.
- Systems Analyst and Technical Project Implementation experience highly DESIREABLE!
- Coordinate with other project managers to develop sprint and release plans across institutional partners; triage and prioritize roadblocks during development.
- Database analysis & design background and experience highly DESIREABLE.
- Working experience with JIRA, Monday.com, and AWS / Azure DevOps (TFS) is a PLUS.
- Organize daily standups technical huddles as required.
Qualifications
- Prior Banking and Financial Institution experience preferred
- Software Development and / or Quality Assurance experience
- Exceptional presenter and mentor
