Technical Enablement Architect
The TSO Enablement Architect is part of the brand-new Technical Solutions Organization (TSO) which is a collection of external-facing SMEs. Tactically, the TSO Enablement Architect works to support the various groups within the TSO; Sales Engineers, Partner Solutions Managers, Customer Success Engineers, and Professional Services. The TSO Enablement Architects support the TSO through training, process improvement, documentation, supporting infrastructure and serving as an expert on customer-facing calls.
Build, document and maintain tools, systems and collateral for for the Technical Services Organization (TSO). Provide training and other enablement activities to the TSO on tools, systems, collateral, and Carbon Black products. Improve TSO staff security efficacy in requirements gathering, solutions design, value demonstration, and trusted advisor-ship. Act as an escalation resource for Sales Engineers for premier accounts and complex issues. Share tools, collateral, education and mentoring cross-functionally with other technical resources such as Professional Services and Technical Support. Share tools, collateral, education and mentoring appropriately with customers and partners through venues such as conferences, company blogs, and the corporate extranet.
