Team Lead, NA PMO
As a Team Lead, your time will be split between managing strategic enterprise projects and managing a team of Project Managers. The Team Lead will be responsible for the successful delivery of all projects managed by their team. This role requires in-depth knowledge of managing Enterprise Saas projects with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
In this role, you will work closely with project managers, customers, and all functional areas within Bullhorn to ensure projects are delivered with a high degree of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
As a Team Lead, a typical day might include:
Hands on project management of strategic enterprise projects
Coaching and mentoring your team
Providing a peer review of enterprise project plans
Being a point of escalation for customers on project being managed by your team
Building customer relationships with enterprise customers
Recruiting, hiring and training new project managers
Doing a regular check-in on enterprise projects to ensure they are delivered on-time, on-budget and with high customer satisfaction
Facilitating regular project review meetings with your team
Ensuring team is following delivery guidelines and procedures
Assisting leadership with improving the delivery framework
This job might be for you if you have:
A proven track record of 5-7 years of managing enterprise SaaS implementation projects and/or Implementation Consulting experience
Prior management experience
Expert project management skills including project planning, risk mitigation, resource management, and budget oversight
Track record of successfully managing the delivery of professional service engagements on time and within budget
Bonus points for:
A high comfort level with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification
