Talent Management Program Coordinator
Klaviyo is looking for a Talent Management Program Coordinator to help drive Klaviyo’s people programs such as performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and more. This role will manage and coordinate company-wide efforts to ensure that Talent Management (TM) programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities that are aligned to Klaviyo’s people strategy. You’ll report directly to our Manager of Talent Management, within the broader team, which is the Talent Center of Excellence (COE). You will work closely with other senior leaders across the company to create custom programs that align with Klaviyo’s mission and values.

- Help to design talent solutions that meet desired business outcomes and create exceptional stakeholder experience for executives, managers, employees.
- Serve as a key point of contact to the business for talent management programs and technology, addressing questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Administer talent management programs and systems according to the defined strategy and plan, including the creation and delivery of key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources. This includes understanding the needs of stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, develop and manage project plans and schedules, and manage change associated with new processes and programs.
- Collect, analyze and maintain data to inform targeted talent programs (e.g., succession planning).
- Participate in organizational strategic planning and provide best practices for performance management and talent management processes
- Help to develop and manage effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning and ensure inclusion and diversity are at the forefront of talent decisions.
- Work closely with our Workday team to collect and coordinate aggregate data for our talent pool and translate those data into insights, in partnership with our people analytics team members.
- Facilitate performance and talent planning workshops, presentations and training to both managers and all Klaviyos.
- Demonstrate success working in a cross-functional environment. Able to work both on a team and independently deliver results.
- Utilize strong written and oral communication skills to prepare proposals at the right altitude depending on stakeholder and audience.
- Interface with and manage vendor relationships as required.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of broad HR experience including talent management and performance management.
- Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Experience working with Workday or other Talent Management applications is highly desirable.
- Experience running a performance management cycle
