An Insider's view of Cantina

What are some social events your company does?

We have a Thursday DJ 'jam' happy hour where employees gather and have a few drinks while Cantinista's DJ or learn how to..

Service Designer

What does your typical day look like?

I start my day usually with a team check-in, then dive right into my tasks planned for the day. There are, of course, days that aren't as predictable but that's an aspect of the job I enjoy. In any case, there's always time for lunch and catching up with others at the office/project.

Associate Engineer

What is your vision for the company?

My vision for Cantina is a place to foster a team that brings drive, creativity, smarts, kindness, openness, and caring to the challenge of solving hard problems and creating things that will add value for people. We'll do this for businesses and for community.

Chief Innovation Officer

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

To me, the best indicator of a good work-life balance is the feeling that you have enough time. Enough time to sleep, to feel like part of a team, to relax, to hone your skills, to recover from illness, to get your ideas across, to spend time with loved ones, to learn, to make a lasting contribution, and to do anything else you might want to do.
