Reggora is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. The Engineer will be responsible for managing the integration and implementation of both partners and clients who want to build into our open API, leading all necessary internal and external communication to ensure expedited and successful project closure. This role will be involved in both pre- and post-sales activities, but functions primarily as part of the Customer Success team to implement and optimize Reggora’s solutions and lead integration and data migration projects for enterprise clients. 

What You’ll Do

• Define client requirements and customization specifications and ensure timely and successful implementation of Reggora products in hosted and premise environments
• Coordinate and drive engineering and project implementation issues to completion and resolution
• Create and manage documentation and guides on integrating to the Reggora open API
• Perform tests and troubleshoot to accurately identify, monitor, report, escalate and resolve technical and project-related issues; work cross-functionally to ensure issues are handled quickly and appropriately and escalated as necessary
• Manage multiple projects, provide timely reporting, and effectively coordinate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure seamless internal communication and a white glove client experience
• Support Customer Success team as necessary during the implementation process to address client questions and issues
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams on solutions to complete complex integration requests
• Develop and maintain technical project requirements to thoroughly document set-up and client-specific integration solutions for ongoing support, upgrades and maintenance
• Train client technical staff as necessary
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to design new programs and software functionalities and to drive solutions towards standardization
• Identify and champion innovations and improvements to help drive the growth of the business

Our ideal candidate has:

• 2+ years experience working in enterprise SaaS software installation and support
• Degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Systems or Network Administration
• Strong installation, customization, configuration and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of networking and how to troubleshoot connectivity problems
• Ability to discuss technical issues and solve complex problems related to Reggora’s open API
• Strong training and presentation skills with customer facing experience
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with React, JavaScript, Python or MongoDB a plus
• Experience working in an agile development environment; Jira and Confluence experience a plus
