You’ll be responsible for setting the stage for our engagements by effectively defining the needs of our customers for their ServiceNow implementations, focused on HRSD implementations, while simultaneously working alongside team members to further develop our next-generation Business Process Consulting as well as expand on our ServiceNow HRSD Expertise.

A day in the life:

• Define and execute our customer’s functional/operational target state transformation.
• Enable and empower customers by solving business problems and delivering business efficiency gains.
• Advise on all things functional and operationally related to ServiceNow HRSD implementation projects.
• Develop functional process guides, workshop materials and techniques.
• Conduct Discovery workshops and serve as the functional lead throughout the lifecycle of all engagements.

What you bring:

• Experience leading the process design for at least 3+ ServiceNow HRSD Implementations on Jakarta or later releases
• Implementation experience across the HRSD suite; HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Enterprise Onboarding & Transitions, Employee Document Management
• ServiceNow HRSD Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist-HR (CIS-HR)
• Experience working with HR business leads and process owners
• Successful track record as an external consultant in a professional services company
• Visio and Lucidchart are your favorite tools
• Demonstrable experience leading business process workshops
• Experience in developing standard methods, tools & templates
• Exceptional meeting & facilitation skills
• Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) Tools (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc…)
• Practical Experience with Knowledge Management especially related to HR

 Extra awesome:

• ServiceNow Fundamentals certification in one or more modules of the platform in addition to HRSD
• ServiceNow HRSD Certifications: Suite Certification – HR Professional, Suite Certification – HR Enterprise
• Experience with multinational and multi-language HR projects
• SHRM, SPHR, or other Professional HR certifications
• Experience with other HRIS technologies
• ITIL v3 certification
