Overview /

As a Senior Technical Project Manager for Numerated, you will be a key member of the delivery, quality, and implementation of our SaaS banking products and platform to our clients. We operate in an Agile software development environment, and you will be responsible for organizing, facilitating, and driving to completion the activities related to various client implementation projects as well as product launch activities. The right candidate will be passionate about getting items across the finish line, process driven, a fast learner, a strong communicator, collaborative and possess strong client relationship skills.


Essential Responsibilities /

  • Effectively execute Numerated's implementation process and procedures. As well as be a key contributor to the constant improvement of PMO procedures and artifacts.
  • Manage appropriate project documentation within the assigned systems (Smartsheets, JIRA, Confluence etc...) Particularly JIRA as a tool for Project Management
  • Communicate effectively with the client and internal teams regarding roadblocks and high-level project milestone highlights
  • Working across functions with peers I other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals; work with cross functional teams to deliver features and product upgrades
  • Interacting with Senior Management for reporting, strategy development and execution planning
  • Manage the project timeframe with overall accountability, providing regular updates/reporting to project stakeholders and the client
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external bank clients and partners to analyze information needs and functional requirements for the execution of each implementation
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are necessary
  • Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs
  • Interpret and understand client's business and project requirements, develop a deep understanding of the technology stack and impact on our products sand clients



Education Requirements /

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred

 

Work Experience Requirements /

  • 5-10 years of prior experience in solution implementation, project management, and interfacing with customers, ideally within a software firm (SaaS)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to maintain focus in fast paced environment
  • Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of dependability; experience operating independently with the ability to manage up.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with ability to extract business requirements from client use cases and translate these requirements into technical specifications.
  • Good problem-solving solution-based skills
  • An understanding of system processes from a workflow perspective; working knowledge of Agile and other SDLC methodologies, including producing user stories, and participating in sprints and daily scrums
  • Experience in process improvement and documentation
  • CAPM Certification is a plus
  • FinTech industry knowledge is a plus
