Toast is looking for a Scrum Master/Project Manager focused on ensuring our development team thrives within a fast-paced eCommerce environment. We are seeking someone who is organized, collaborative and is focused on team efficiency and delivering quality work on time.
You will work to scope and ensure timely delivery of team goals working with cross-functional partners across the entire organization. You will assess current processes, identify areas of opportunities and develop KPIs to measure efficiency. Sitting in the center between Marketing and R&D Engineering, strong communication and organization skills are the keys to success.
About this roll (Responsibilities):
- Experience running an eCommerce focused agile and/or scrum software development development team as a project manager/scrum master leading standups, retrospectives, post mortems, and demos.
- Proven track record of driving and measuring process improvements and efficiencies through continuous improvement.
- Ability to act as a voice between engineering and the go-to-market business teams in an effort to properly set expectations on project requirements.
- Act as internal advocate for scrum and continuous project improvements within and outside of the core team.
- Strong ability to problem solve and solution design when needed to drive expedited delivery dates.
- Identify cross-team dependencies and identify innovative ways to balance prioritization of tasks and deliverables.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves to complete content publishing projects when needed.

- Experience with Project Management tools (such as Jira, Asana)
- Experience in CMS tools (such as Magento)
- Scrum/PM training certifications a plus
