PrismHR is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager who has experience managing enterprise scale projects and has in depth knowledge of Agile. The position requires a strong, hands-on program manager well versed in leading internal and external teams. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to context-switch between a multitude of concurrent initiatives. Communications from the Senior Program Manager should be professional, timely, and effective in order to drive projects toward successful completion to allow for seamless collaboration between teams.

SPECIFIC DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drives implementation of multiple, complex project/program initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve project milestones within established timeframes.

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities for complex programs and projects through the development of project plans 

• Ensures consistent visibility for program and project teams by monitoring and reporting business objectives, program/project achievements, and key indicators.

• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members, stakeholders, and partners in a timely and clear manner.

• Facilitates collaboration on creative alternatives to project challenges with subject matter experts

• Responsible for end-to-end guidance of integration projects and will act as the primary point of communication for both internal stakeholders and our external partners

• Identifies and applies best practices and needed process improvements

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies/rituals, daily Scrum standup, grooming and planning, etc.

• Regularly maintains and updates sprint and release plans

• Ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive timelines.

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

• Self-starter w/ 7+ years of progressive project/program management experience on large scale initiatives

• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience

• Experience integrating software with a 3rd party

• Experience working with partners and customers

• Strong presentation and leadership skills required

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

• Expertise in Agile /SCRUM/Kanban development methodologies

• Scrum Master certification (CSM) or relevant experience

• Experience with Jira/Confluence preferred

• Has managed 1 or more direct reports previously (preferred)

• Must be authorized to work in the US
