Senior Program Manager- Sales & Marketing

The Commercialization Program Management team is responsible for leading the cross-functional teams to ensure high rate of sales by developing extraordinary price-value relationships for the Robotics, Shark, and Ninja Brands. Our team is growing! The Commercialization PM team works cross-functionally with the Marketing, Creative, and Content teams to drive the development of the go-to-market strategy and ensures the NPD programs are executed flawlessly. The Senior Program Manager operates with urgency and escalates risks to senior management in parallel to driving resolutions. They connect the dots between the Retail launches, production plans, and the go-to-market activations to then steer the team away from bottlenecks and roadblocks.
A SharkNinja Senior Program Manager thinks, acts and leads his/her programs like a global leader for every project or program they manage and owns the overall success of the complex and/or high priority programs. Our PM’s are seen as the glue that holds the team together by owning communication streams across all groups in order to ensure that silos are eliminated, risks are mitigated, and deliverables are completed on time. Aside from delivering on programs, they can be counted on to identify and cascade best practices that across the PMO organization that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Senior Program Managers are individual contributors, who may be called upon to direct day to day activities of Program Managers. They are seen as key leaders in the organization who become subject-matter-experts in our unique SharkNinja product development process. This role is best suited for a professional who thrives, and has demonstrated success in a dynamic, fast paced product development environment. The ideal candidate typically possesses a marketing/brand education and/or experience coupled with a business mindset. This role reports to the Director of Commercialization Program Management for SharkNinja.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver NPD programs from the first prototype (P0) to Retailer shelf on-time
- Ensures high rate of sales
- Managing all phases of the go-to-market strategy including campaign strategy, schedule, creative and production timelines, consolidating and reporting marketing campaign performance metrics/effectiveness and driving improvements.
- Project execution of marketing deliverables for new product launches ensuring on-time delivery and identifying and communicating potential issues/challenges to the cross-functional team.
- Identify and resolve people and process challenges that can get in the way of individual and team success
- Establish high trust required to focus teams on changing priorities.

Requirements & Attributes:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing/brand or business
- 7 to 10 years direct Program management experience
- Experience desired in some combination of marketing, new product development or program management in Consumer Goods Industry
- Assertive, confident, capable
- Strong influence skills in an environment where there is no direct authority
- Able to cultivate and lead a high performing team that delivers results
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills. Experienced addressing C-Suite, Peer Functional Groups, Suppliers, and Customer audiences
- Cross-functional leadership skills
- Possess a strong bias to action and accountability
- Intermediate/working level skills with MS Project (or similar), Excel, PPT and Visio
- High energy, with a positive attitude
- Learning agility / Learning mindset
- Detail oriented
- Presentation skills – Must be proficient with PowerPoint and be comfortable developing and presenting to large groups including executive management either in person or over MS Teams.
