Who you are


You have 4+ years experience as a Program or Project Manager in the tech/delivery space with strong program management experience. You are organized with a meticulous attention to detail, dedication to excellence, and positive “can-do” approach. You understand both the big picture and the finer details. You are a self starter and can demonstrate resourcefulness, resilience, and ability to thrive in ambiguity and complexity. You display outstanding people skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects through influence and communication towards tangible results. You have an uncanny ability to build trust and influence with senior executives and partners. You maintain a streamlined, clear, tailored communication and an affinity for socializing complexity with ease to a variety of audiences.


What the role is


As Drizly grows and takes on more sophisticated and cross functional Technical Programs we need someone skilled at program management that can lead all aspects of the delivery of entire programs across all their component parts from around the different Product and Engineering teams, as well as non-technical business partners. This person will be accountable for the timely delivery of these programs, starting with our Integration with Uber. The Program manager will ensure many different teams are accountable for delivering different components of the integration on time. Accountability is key to the success of this role. Related to this and the fact they’ll be working and coordinating across multiple teams and partners both at Drizly and Uber, they will need to be able to balance and lead these partners and build trust across both teams. The project to integrate with Uber is a technical and operational challenge with many different parts and connections. Being able to handle that complexity, be comfortable with it, and keep everyone on the same page with good communication will be essential for success.

In this role you will:

  • Responsible for defining and building program/project plans for the Uber integration
  • Mapping all workstreams, requirements and responsible business owners to ensure successful execution across all Uber related initiatives
  • Holding all teams accountable for delivery and engaging cross-functional partners vital to driving success
  • Proactively identifying blockers and solutions needed to drive program delivery within deadlines. Providing regular program readouts to all partners and executive leaders with a view of dependencies, next steps and expected delivery

For Colorado-based roles: The salary/hourly rate range for this role is $144,000 per year - $169,400 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Drizly's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, commissions, & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
