Position Summary:As athena extends the reach of its open athenaNet platform and expands its Platform Network, the Senior Platform Success Associate will be responsible for helping to drive the program level management of this team and the products it supports. The Associate will be tasked with developing detailed product level knowledge, helping to drive awareness and engagement across internal and external teams and understanding high-level trending and analysis of the products we support. The Associate will do so through collaboration with their fellow team peers, cross-functionally across the broader athena organization, and with our Sales and Account Management teams.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
60%

  • Support the Platform team with day to day operations. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
    • Manage program, process and release communication internally and externally through email, phone and in person presentations
    • Work with partners, clients and internal teams to manage support processes, enhancements and strategic planning
    • Collateralize partner information to facilitate access/knowledge across athena
    • Execute analyses around revenue cycles, partner adoption and market penetration

30%

  • Support discrete projects to help drive adoption of platform products and awareness of implementation processes. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
    • Work with cross functional teams to articulate and execute on discrete events and initiatives to drive adoption to individual or a group of partners
    • Present at client and internal team events to gain insight into client needs and platform demand

10%

  • As a part of the cross functional Platform team, help with various program-focused projects. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
    • Work on a cross-functional team to organize Platform team events
    • Help drive cross-functional projects to drive awareness and process adherance

Education, Experience, & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years’ previous work experience preferred
  • Experience in healthcare a plus
  • Salesforce/JIRA competency preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with presentation and report creation and communication internally and externally
  • Experience using multiple mediums to resolve daily tasks

Behaviors and Abilities Required:

  • Ability to gather, manage and synthesize large amounts of information efficiently, effectively and creatively
  • Excellent communication skills via presentations, email and other communication tools
  • Maniacal attention to detail
  • Willing/excited to work in a fast-paced, but sometimes intense, rapidly expanding company
  • Proficiency in Internet and MS Office as well as strong computer literacy and/or the comfort, ability and desire to advance technically
  • Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a face paced environment, manage several projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate potential conflicts to manager
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of an extended, cross-functional team
  • Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative and flexibility in team goal orientation in a fast paced, ever changing environment
