PrismHR is currently seeking a Senior Manager of Program Management who has experience managing enterprise scale projects and has in depth knowledge of Agile. The position requires a strong, hands-on project manager well versed in leading development teams using the scrum framework to organize and deliver software development projects. The ideal candidate may have HR management of one or more direct reports. This position reports to VP of Program Management.

SPECIFIC DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drives implementation of multiple, complex project/program initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve project milestones within established timeframes.

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities for complex programs and projects through the development of project plans 

• Ensures consistent visibility for program and project teams by monitoring and reporting business objectives, program/project achievements, and key indicators.

• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

• Facilitates collaboration on creative alternatives to project challenges with subject matter experts

• Identifies and applies best practices and needed process improvements.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies/rituals, daily Scrum standup, grooming and planning, etc.

• Regularly maintains and updates sprint and release plans.

• Ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive timelines.

• Manages and coaches one or more direct reports.

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

• 7+ years of Program/Project Management experience

• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience

• Previous HR management of one or more direct reports is a must

• Experience integrating software with a 3rd party

• Strong presentation and leadership skills required

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

• Expertise in Agile /SCRUM/Kanban development methodologies

• Scrum Master certification (CSM) or relevant experience

• Experience with Jira/Confluence preferred

• Must be authorized to work in the US
