We’re growing quickly and are searching for a Senior Associate Project Manager to join our Creative Operations team. In this position, you will work closely with Creative team leads and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, track, manage, and drive all steps in the project lifecycle. What you’ll do as a Senior Associate Project Manager of Creative Operations:
Manage and maintain multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Partner with Senior Program Manager and Creative Operations team members to extract accurate, actionable detail from strategic plans, anticipate campaign support, propose solutions for project obstacles, and assist with day-to-day management of core creative teams.
Assess, resource and budget projects from creative meetings.
Keep yourself, creative partners, and key stakeholders organized while prioritizing a wide scope of projects.
Manage expectations internally regarding resources, timelines, risks, and reviews/approvals.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal workstreams across functions.
Maintain effective and consistent upwards communication with Program Manager on assigned projects and focus areas.
What skills you will use:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-4 years of creative project management or trafficking experience in a marketing environment.
Experience building and maintaining Project Management materials, such as status documents, resourcing plans, and schedules.
Experience with Project Management tools such as workflow software, resource planning, and project dashboards is preferred.
Working knowledge of enterprise tools including Google Docs, MS Office, MS Project, Wrike, and Slack.
Experience working in an Agency or related Marketing team setting is preferred.
Demonstrated experience with digital marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with Project Management methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall is preferred.
