Currently, we have an immediate need for a US based Scrum Master to join our engineering team!

Please note that although Takeoff is operating fully remote at the moment, it is required that this person is based in the Boston / Greater Boston area to be considered for this role.

This is exciting because you will have the chance too:

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• Collaborate with business, product management, engineering, and other teams to define and own projects and features
• Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies
• Route work between all responsible people in all stages of development
• Convey project changes and updates to appropriate team members
• Prepare regular status reports and distributes internally and externally if necessary
• Hold regular status meetings 
• Ensure documents and digital assets are completed, updated, and stored appropriately

What you bring to the table:

• Required
• 3+ years of Scrum Master/PM hands-on experience
• Experience in managing and successfully implementing web products
• Understanding of software development life cycle and PM practices
• Experience in planning, work tracking, and other PM activities
• Full-scale project management (from strategy development to reporting)
• Experience with management of communication with international partners, customers
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Preferred
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or CSM certifications
• Go-getter and result-oriented attitude
• The desire and motivation to follow new technologies, trends, and best practice
• People management experience - mentoring technical team members
