The Senior Salesforce Delivery Manager is an inward-facing organizer and facilitator who will own and drive the delivery of CRM-related system enhancements and solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating daily stand-ups, sprints, backlog grooming, and cross-functional collaborations to meet the company’s strategic CRM objectives.

The Senior Salesforce Delivery Manager will be responsible for implementing and driving the Agile Software Development framework throughout the organization for CRM solution delivery. This “hands-on” role requires strong cross-functional leadership, organization, communication & stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Salesforce.com Product Management in grooming the backlog and performing sprint planning
• Develop Agile framework for Salesforce.com Service Delivery
• Own delivery of CRM-related enhancements; identify roadblocks and find ways to remove/work around them
• Maintain full ownership of communication around CRM initiatives; provide effective cross-functional communication to both technology & business stakeholders
• Drive complete JIRA adoption within CRM team as source of truth for project/initiative updates, roadmaps, business requirements, etc.
• Successfully hire and manage the CRM delivery team; actively support career development

Qualifications:

• 8+ years IT experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects in Agile environment
  • Proven experience using JIRA to manage enhancement backlog, initiative roadmaps & general Agile processes
  • Proven experience optimizing delivery velocity through effective distribution and assignment of tasks
  •  Strong familiarity with Release Management best practices and processes
• Proven experience as Scrum Master
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required
• Experience growing and managing teams of 8+ members
• 3+ years’ experience delivering on the Salesforce.com platform
  • Salesforce Administration or Development certification preferred
