We are looking for a SAP Functional Consultant who will support OmniChannel system integration and ensure the seamless integration of our eCommerce platform to SAP FMS and the product as well as the price and store locator feed from FMS to the eCommerce platform. This will touch everything from our POS system, different Digital Commerce Solutions, our Customer Service solution and more.

Our team aims for the ASICS business to be a truly OmniChannel driven company and system integration is key to achieve this. As each region around the world moves towards a global “one way of working” approach, there are many dependencies and business critical events to be considered. For our customers, it is essential we ensure a stable ERP infrastructure and reliable business insights and that is where this role comes in.

For this role, you will work closely together with global and regional IT departments. You will create the functional and technical designs and be responsible for delivering the required integrations including any system configuration and data mapping needed using the latest technologies. Additionally, this role will support the release process or roll out go-live through regression and integration testing.

Responsibilities:

• Create the functional and technical designs and be responsible for delivering the required integrations including any system configuration and data mapping needed using the latest technologies
• Work with other functional and technical teams to consider any interdependencies/ dependencies and support global landscape considerations
• Provide functional support for all approved change requests, system enhancements, system maintenance & upgrades
• Follow project governance procedures as established by the project team
• Provide in-depth functional and technical integration advice, for all Omni-Channel relevant integration
• Establish and maintain a highly effective relationship with representatives across the global and regional ASICS environment
• Anticipate business queries and issues and manage them: analyze problems, action and progress issues as appropriate, ensuring follow through to resolution

Qualifications:

• 5+ years hands-on experience in ERP and Digital Commerce integration
• Experience with SAP Retail and/or SAP FMS
• Understand functional use and design of middleware, system integration, automatic processing, such as SAP PO, Mulesoft, AIF, BRF+, and API
• Experience with eCommerce concepts, like content management, master data enrichment, sales order integration, consumer payment integration and fulfillment, including carrier integration
• Understand OMS functionality within SAP FMS/ CAR: ATP, Omni-Channel (strategy based) sourcing, and sourcing network determination using the standard CAR Fiori Apps
• Experience in SAP SD module preferred
• Experience working in multicultural and virtual teams
• Ability to travel up to 25% of domestically and internationally is required as well as the ability to go to the Netherlands for onboarding with the SAP team at ASICS’ European Headquarters
