Hop on the Rocketship

Thrasio is a next-generation consumer goods company reimagining how the world’s most-loved products become accessible to everyone. We use a deep understanding of rankings, ratings, and reviews to identify and acquire quality brands and use world-class expertise and data science to make their products better or create new ones to meet changing customer demand.

We’ve got huge goals, and every Thrasher plays an integral part in getting us to the stratosphere. That’s why we only bring on people who think positively. Who look out for the team. Who tell their egos to take a hike while they get the job done right.

From the moment you hop on our rocketship, we give you the freedom you need to take big swings and push what’s possible to get us there. And if you fail, it’s cool—we know you’ll grow spectacularly. What matters is that you’re helping impact millions of people around the world who use our products everyday.

Because with every new spatula, pillow, or marker brand we acquire, with every coffee roaster or body wash we develop, our goal is to provide people everywhere with what they need to make the most of every moment - ensuring that what gets delivered to their door delivers.

The Project Manager role is a great opportunity for a self-starter to take ownership of a wide variety of initiatives that relate to launching and operating non-Amazon marketplace channels. Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for Marketplaces initiatives between all internal functions to ensure succinct communication, unified efforts, and clear objective-setting
  • Manage project workflows and set achievable timelines
  • Lead cross-functional communication with other departments according to shared goals
  • Coordinate complex migrations for new Marketplaces brands, facilitating the integration of various platforms and processes for acquired brands/products
  • Track deadlines, dependencies, decisions, and action items to ensure continuous forward momentum
  • Maintain core internal documents to help provide structure to recurring team processes
  • Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability across the relevant internal teams involved in supporting Marketplaces
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential integration crises, and devise contingency plans
  • Plan and run project status meetings to keep teams informed and prepared for deadlines
  • Run weekly team meetings and check-ins with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Capture notes, action items, and follow-ups from meetings with internal and external participants

What you bring to the party:

  • 2-4+ years’ experience in project management
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives and work simultaneously with a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and an ability to convey ideas clearly
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira), a plus
  • Ability to influence others by maintaining open channels of communication, fostering teamwork, and building relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Strong competency working in an autonomous capacity and in a remote work environment
