Kensho is looking for a Project Manager to supervise and prioritize our pipeline of data-ingestion and infrastructure projects for the Knowledge Graph team. The ideal candidate will have experience with the complexities and nuances of data across a broad range of industries, and the curiosity to explore new and innovative data sources. You don’t need to be a coding expert, but you do need to have a good understanding of the life cycle of software development at the individual and team level. Beyond managing existing projects, the Project Manager will help to identify new projects and coordinate cross-team efforts in tackling them.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn about our existing data in detail and become an expert on every aspect of the Kensho Knowledge Graph
  • Work with our Product, Research & Events teams to identify new sources of data
  • Identify, organize, and prioritize current and forthcoming projects
  • Ensure key deliverables are rolled out in a timely and high-quality manner

What We Look For

  • Expertise with SQL (other query languages are a plus!) and basic understanding of at least one programming language
  • High-level knowledge of software engineering fundamentals & workflow
  • Deep understanding of market and economic data across asset classes
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience
