This project manager will work with engineers and product owners to assist with day-to-day scrum team management. The eCommerce team strongly values curiosity, kindness, and honesty. ASICS Digital is a division of ASICS based in Boston, Massachusetts. Our goal is to build digital technologies to better connect the ASICS brand to its consumers. We are responsible for the continued development of our eCommerce websites such as ASICS.com and Onitsukatiger.com. We work cross functionally to push forward projects and initiatives with large global impact.

What You'll Do

• Provide operational support, triage issues, and prioritize improvements
• Manage, as scrum master, cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of quality software products and the sustenance of team morale.
• Facilitate team ceremonies, such as daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with engineers, product and operations to ensure consistent progress on key initiatives

What You've Done

• 2-5 years of project management experience on a software team
• Agile, scrum and kanban experience
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders of varying backgrounds 
• Ability to identify, communicate, and mitigate risks to development timelines
• Strong communication and organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
• Experience in project management tools, including Jira and Confluence
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP a plus
