Central to our success is the ability to rapidly grow and optimize our brands after they join our platform. Creating and executing the Perch Playbook is one of the most challenging and important parts of our success as a company. We are looking for a talented contributor who has a track record of delivering results in ambiguous situations.
Responsibilities
This person will partner cross functionally to define and unlock supply chain capabilities for new and existing acquisitions.
- Project manage physical and technical process enablement opportunities from ideation through roll out into the supply chain
- Create clear, step by step plans for process creation and changes along with tactical roll outs for all specific brands impacted
- Operate focused on team KPIs and goals
- Create clear feedback loops with partner teams throughout the project to understand work flow impacts and potential conflicts/opportunities that will arise
- Identify potential future blockers and/or opportunities for the supply chain both within assigned projects and for the company as a whole
About You
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical and action oriented person to join our operations team. The ideal candidate is a supply chain expert with experience partnering across operating and technology teams to enhance business outcomes through process and technology optimization and deployment. This person also has a track record of bringing structure to something that is inherently messy, has great attention to detail, is able to drive change effectively with a diverse group of people and is excited at the prospect of being a part of a rapidly growing company.
