The Endurance International Group is looking for an exceptional program manager to drive key initiatives across our Product organization. They will play a critical role in making sure that the Endurance International Group and our global brands continue to grow and lead helping small businesses succeed online. Our program managers possess an innate ability for success and translate that into the programs that they manage. A successful program manager will understand the program’s vision, but will not let high-level thinking get in the way of a successful implementation

While presentations are important to communicating roadmaps and success metrics, we expect our program managers to enthusiastically roll up their sleeves and get actively involved with the development of their programs. Working with our Agile and/or Kanban development teams, program managers drive business priorities and communicate roadmaps based on an iterative approach. They also attend daily scrum meetings and sprint planning sessions to help drive the teams to success.

A successful candidate will have a high-energy personality and proven success influencing both business owners and developers alike. They will also excel at leading programs through the product lifecycle. Program managers will keep a clean house and work with their business counterparts to consistently review the state of their program, measuring their success based on the key performance indicators (KPI) for their respective programs.

What you will do:

• Support the product and business organizations in their efforts to develop software products
• Work with both business stakeholders and engineering teams to formulate actionable program roadmaps and plans
• Communicate consistently and effectively to key stakeholders and development teams
• Establish and present development roadmaps to key business stakeholders
• Think holistically about their respective programs and connect all aspects of the organization including software development, sales, marketing, finance, legal and support 
• Apply their analytical mindset in anticipating issues and working with the teams to proactively resolve them
• Work pragmatically while keeping their eye on the long term vision for their program

Desired Skills

• Technical program or project management background is a must
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• A strong background in software development
• Detail oriented with a flair for problem solving
• Experience with Agile and/or Kanban development methodologies
• Ability to translate “tech” language and into clear language for business stakeholders 
• Leadership experience and the ability to drive teams effectively
• Excellent teamwork skills with a natural ability to work well with others
• Experience working with remote and offshore teams
• PMP, ACP, Scrum Master certification(s) a plus
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
