Job Summary

Position summary:

 

The program Director of strategic alliances will coordinate all activities with 3rd party development partners. Example activities to be coordinated with the strategic partners include AI development planning, new technology evaluations, resource management, program KPI’s, IP management, and project escalations. This individual will take a lead role in managing and representing all work streams within the alliance, ensuring target outcomes are achieved. This individual will also bring strong strategic thinking to the alliance to steer the team towards a common goal and vision.

 

Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Establish clear communication processes and channels within the alliance 
  • Work with team members on all development plans and deliverables with well-defined KPI’s
  • Coordinate all other non-production activity such as new technology evaluations
  • Manage the alliance using a well documented governess process
  • Clearly document all development decisions
  • Handle monthly and quarterly reports of all alliance activities with executive audiences
  • Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing 

Knowledge, skills and qualifications – 

 

Education: BS, Technical Discipline Preferred

 

Minimum years of work experience: 10+

 

Required skills: Experience managing development partnerhips or alliances in technology field, Understanding of latest team planning and project management tools; Strong communicator; Experience presenting to executive audiences; Business Process Oriented; Operationally Disciplined; Strategic thinker  

 

Preferred skills: Understanding of Healtchare Market
