The Program Coordinator works with Program Managers to organize, track, and deliver a wide range of projects and programs. They will assist in setting up meetings, developing agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items. They will build relationships with across cross-functional teams and help to deliver work items and remove impediments. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will help develop project plans, templates, dashboards, and reporting for the company.
As a Program Coordinator you will:
- Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules
- Support Program Managers with managing project tasks, actions, and setting time frames
- Help drive project status meetings, including developing agendas, sending minutes, and following-up on action items Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects to stakeholders
- Document and follow-up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings
- Undertake project tasks as required
- Provide project management support to various teams to ensure that goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support as needed
What we are looking for:
- Familiarity and comfort with project management methodologies and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business or other related fields
- 2+ years of project coordination experience
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects, meet deadlines, and manage to schedule
- Ability to develop effective relationships with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with project management tools and software
