Program Coordinator - International
The Program Coordinator - International will report to the Senior Director of International Account Management and play an integral role in managing the execution of our product strategy into our distributor markets. The International team is the fastest growing department at SharkNinja, supporting our go-to market strategy and products as we launch into new international markets. We have a global mindset and apply this to our many cross functional conversations, ultimately delivering 5 star products to our consumers, leading to explosive top-line business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Liaise with both distributors and internal Product Development, Program Management, and Creative departments to ensure timely execution of product launches in distributor markets
- Own distributor parts management process, including tracking a full list of active parts, creating new parts when not available, and working to source parts via factory or via existing inventory in US and UK DC’s
- Own account order management process for all distributors, processing customer POs, tracking payment activities, and managing timelines with supply chain team
- Respond to all distributor inquiries on quotations and order processing
- Coordinate one to two events each year at headquarters to showcase our new products to our distributors
- Identify synergies between SharkNinja and distributors, and then implement them
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years working experience
- Prior experience within a program/project management related role
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in International Business
