The Job
We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. This individual will oversee the day-to-day functions of DUST Identity’s Operations team. They will serve as an internal consultant for project resourcing, ensuring that tasks are properly scheduled and distributed, and ensure that all projects are tracked accurately and specified completely. In support of projects and the organization, this person will manage procurement of raw materials, components, and services to maintain necessary inventories. They will also create, manage, and continually improve key internal processes, such as specifying projects, communicating updates, and calculating project cost.
The successful candidate possesses a background in project or operations management that allows them to interface with cross-functional stakeholders to develop sequential and parallel work streams to accomplish delivery goals. They should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, and be always willing to ask questions to clarify the scope of work.
The ability to manage projects to a schedule, manage the timeline, and specify the deliverables is key to success.
What You’ll Do
- Be a part of a close-knit, hardworking team that has a direct impact on the success of the company and the product the customer receives.
- Oversee DUST’s project management tracking software to provide insight into resource bottlenecks, identify poorly scoped tasks, and generate timely status reports.
- Own the tracking, processing, reconciliation, and reporting of inventory. Proactively replenish raw materials at agreed-upon thresholds.
- Develop process flows, templates, and checklists to streamline repetitive aspects of project delivery
- Serve as the project manager for ad-hoc projects, as needed
What You’ll Bring
- BS in Engineering or Business
- 3-5 years experience in industry
- Attention to detail
- Experience with common product and process development processes and practices
- Project management experience (PMP optional)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: Market Competitive + Equity
