Who we are looking for

 

The Manager, Project Management is responsible for our global project management team. Ultimately, this means that you are responsible for ETQ running successful projects that lead to business benefits and high satisfaction for our customers. You do this both through developing and constantly improving our implementation methodology as well as managing the team on a daily basis.

 

What to expect

  • Lead our project managers and implementation teams globally
  • Ensure our customers achieve business benefits and high satisfaction
  • Ensure that we complete projects on time, and within budget and scope
  • Act as the escalation level for the customer on project-related issues and promote strong, consistent communication by facilitating regular status meetings, producing appropriate reporting and maintaining project documentation
  • Drive and develop our implementation methodology to ensure that we constantly optimize our implementation approach and templates to the markets and customers we serve.
  • Where appropriate, act as program director on strategic customer projects
  • Oversee resource scheduling, forecasting and billing processes for Professional Services
  • Lead our PSA (Professional Services Assistants)
  • Be part of the Professional Services management team, establish direction for the PMO, and oversee completion of internal initiatives supporting strategic goals

 

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software project management
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams of project managers
  • Experience developing implementation methodology and successfully embedding PMO best practices in a Professional Services organization
  • Experience in a SaaS company preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred
