Responsibilities:
Manage training work plans, assign clear owners, and make sure people are held accountable
Partner with Head of Learning and Development and Senior Manager, Future of Work to drive significant work steams (e.g., Grain Marketing Advisor onboarding)
- Effectively take on an additional Learning and Development workstream
- Support Learning and Development team in responding to business needs with greater speed and quality
Instill confidence and trust of key stakeholders so they understand the beneficial outcomes of partnering with Learning and Development
Explore opportunities to enhance training by developing a strategy and process to determine what is a necessary training initiative
- Establish automated, streamlined processes for scaling learning
- Leverage learning theory and models to evaluate learning needs across the organization
Recommend Learning tech, vendors, internal, and external partners and vet technology to increase adoption of training resources
Flawlessly build and execute project plans for special learning initiatives
- Build structure so that the Learning and Development team has a clear understanding of what projects and initiatives to prioritize
- Participate in strategic decision making through design thinking workshops, leadership meetings, and quarterly L&D offsites

- Comfortable flexing between strategic and tactical projects within L&D or other People Ops areas
- Strong collaborator with the ability to own and lead multiple workstreams independently
- Learn quickly and deliver high quality projects within a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven approach to identifying, analyzing, and solving complex problems
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Banking, Consulting, or strong L&D experience
- Experience with remote teams or organizations
- Project planning/management experience
- Track record of success in prior roles/projects
- Advanced MS Office skills (PPT, Excel)
- Willing to travel 10%
- Training facilitation experience is a bonus
