Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations function. The Logistics Coordinator will be a key member of our Supply Chain team, owning all shipment data tracking and communication. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the logistics industry and using an ERP to track orders, a keen sense of ownership and attention to every last detail, and true customer-service mentality of putting customer needs first.
Responsibilities:
- Execute Track-and-Trace status updates
- Communicate with carriers & drivers and track events in ERP
- Enter load data into ERP in real time, providing detailed history of any service failures or exceptions
- Identify and communicate service exceptions with appropriate parties
- Set up and track RMAs
- Work with final-mile provider to ensure on-time deliveries are met
- Proactively leverage ERP to recognize service issues
- Effectively manage and notify the appropriate departments on accessorized requests, service failures and any potential issues that may create service failures
- Request Proof of Deliveries as needed
- Meet Key Performance Indicators of the supply chain team
- On time delivery
- Cost per unit/delivery
- Process improvement
- On-call responsibilities – as a member of the Fulfillment Team
Requirements
- 1-3 years of logistics industry experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Keen attention to detail and zero defect
- Experience with NetSuite a plus
