  • Coordinate between clients and Customer Success Managers to identify and meet implementation timeline requirements, status communication, and ongoing improvements
  • Foresee potential business or technical issues within an implementation and address them before they become problems
  • Assist in pre-sale processes including providing technical and security documentation to prospective clients

An Insider's view of Gravyty

What are some social events your company does?

The Adventurous Eaters Club: Each month we pick a restaurant with a different ethnicity to try. A completely informal get together of available team members who enjoy trying new foods and being social.

Barbara

Director of Human Resources

What projects are you most excited about?

I just deployed version 1 of a reporting dashboard for our Customer Success team. I was given the freedom to explore new technologies, so I decided to spin up a new server and build it using React. I look forward to adding functionality to make the dashboard useful for all of our teams, and I can't wait to build out more of our frontend with React!

Joe

Senior Software Engineer

What makes someone successful on your team?

Our most successful team members combine commitment to excellence, a curious nature and love of learning, and self-understanding around their passions and motivation. While each member of our team has their own goals and adjectives, we actively share learnings and strive for collective growth.

Chris

Vice President of Sales

What unique initiatives do you have that encourage innovation?

A "Challenges" board in the center of our HQ. Anyone can post a challenge (signed or not), anyone can sign up to help solve that challenge. Challenges such as "Pick out the art for the new space" "Work on the next generation of ROI reports" creates cross department collaboration that ingrains a sense of urgency, ownership, and cooperation.

Rich

Co-Founder and CTO

What are some things you learned at the company?

From a professional standpoint, maybe the most important thing I’ve learned is that the result is more important than the process. It forces me to think critically and find ways to win even when the path isn’t so clear. Working at Gravyty gives me the opportunity to think outside the box and find my own path to success.

Drew

Marketing Coordinator
