As an Implementation Specialist on the ezCater Partner Operations team, you’ll be a go-to solutions-and-change management master. You’ll serve as a key consultant to our catering partners, turning their requests into requirements for our internal product teams, while contributing to our efforts at technical documentation. You’ll dig into partner needs, ranging from onboarding to custom API integrations, and balance them with your expert knowledge of ezCater’s roadmap. You’ll communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and catering partners regarding developing projects and initiatives.
Your day-to-day will involve translating big-picture demands into precise and data-driven documentation, in an effort to initiate and streamline process improvements. You are ready to actively consult with both technical and non-technical partners (internally and externally) to help them prioritize, plan, and proactively move toward ideal success.
You will:
- Effectively represent business requirements as well as negotiate differences in capabilities versus needs.
- Utilize data to identify vision, scope, and risk of new and ongoing partner programs.
- Calculate and communicate cost and value to requesting parties.
- Produce statements of work and hold contributors accountable to a comprehensive plan.
- Provide tactical and technical support to ezCater’s Partner Operations team.
- Collaborate with the Partner Operations team’s Project Manager to plan & execute catering partner-focused strategic projects.
- Create partner-facing and ezCater-facing process maps, flowcharts, and other visual representations of business solutions.
- Execute test scripts and run regular reports for high-value catering partners.
- Clearly illustrate a project and/or product’s impact and priority to internal & external stakeholders.
Ideally you:
- Are able to analyze reports for salient, business process improvement purposes.
- Have demonstrated experience creating visual renderings with diagram software (Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, or equivalent).
- Approach problem-solving with positivity and pragmatism (when someone describes a challenge or poses a question, you think in terms of opportunities versus constraints).
- Have experience collating & analyzing information in support of a complex business.
- Are familiar with API integrations -- ideally, you’ve played an active part on an execution team.
- Are able to explain elaborate analyses and translate conclusions into straightforward and actionable terms.
- Have worked with cross-functional product teams (designers, engineers & product managers).
- Have demonstrated experience communicating your conclusions and recommendations to others (including presenting them to groups).
