  • Work with customer to identify relevant project resources.
  • Create and execute on a project plan.
  • Analyze customer data to assess data quality and impact on the final product outcome.
  • Design product configuration and data business rules that are both feasible and appropriate for the customer’s business objectives.
  • Use project management knowledge to execute the implementation in such a way that all stakeholders are appropriately engaged and understand the project.
  • Balance competing priorities internally and externally to show the customer value quickly and continuously.
  • Internally align resources and communicate project updates.
  • Work with other departments to improve internal and external products and processes.
  • 7-10 years professional experience in, healthcare operations, healthcare process improvement, or healthcare IT project management
  • Excellent people skills and demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects
  • Tenacious dedication to good organization, thorough documentation, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams 
  • PMP
  • Experience working with enterprise-level data integration and technical architectures

    What projects are you most excited about?

    My team is currently working on a project that will allow patients to check themselves in to their appointment without needing a staff member. I'm excited to continue to iterate on this because it will free up time for the front desk staff, shorten lines at the practice, and benefit the patient to easily check themselves in on their own device

    Home Office- In addition to a laptop, we also provide you with $750 to get the additional equipment you need and add an ongoing amount of $1,200 to your salary to cover remote work costs.
