Bullhorn is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team.
Why this job is important:
The Implementation Consultant will lead the implementation of clocks with the Bullhorn Time & Expense product line. You will develop expertise across multiple Bullhorn applications and apply implementation methodology across all projects. You will work closely with the customer and account management to understand customer requirements and provide expertise to define and develop appropriate solutions while managing expectations to deliver an incredible customer experience.
A typical day might include:
- Managing Client Relationships across the implementation life cycle
- Initiating contact and establishing relationships with new clients while creating the foundation for a seamless transition from
the point of sale throughout the implementation process
- Configuration of multiple applications in Bullhorn product portfolio
This role may be a fit for you if:
- A proven track record of 1+ years of managing IT projects and/or Implementation Consulting experience
- Project management skills including project planning, resource management, and budget oversight
- Track record of successfully managing the delivery of professional service engagements on time and within budget
- Experience guiding clients through a standardized process while keeping them within the scope of said process
- Experience holding external parties accountable to their responsibilities and commitments; and driving difficult conversations if they don’t
- You are energetic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- You are confident and love sharing success with your team
- You take ownership of your work and continuously strive for improvement
Bonus points for:
- Prior experience in the recruiting industry is desired, as is experience supporting/implementing a CRM product
- A high comfort level with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
