Who you are


You are a strong project manager with a successful track record of helping companies strategize, plan, and develop an inclusive work environment. You have formal training, education, and/ or experience with DE&I initiatives and have been a reliable point of contact for affinity/employee resource groups and/or Corporate Social Responsibility project charters. You’re a nimble learner who thrives in a fast-paced network with an insatiable curiosity to question assumptions and seek improvements. You’re highly organized and detail-oriented. You are adept at taking a broad view of the business and translating it into building and maintaining key relationships that move initiatives forward.

You can share great examples where you have positioned views and arguments appropriately to win support with various stakeholders at Senior Management levels and above.

What the role is


The Impact and Belonging Lead role is an integral part of Drizly’s People Strategy as a member of the People Operations Team that will build the foundation for the future of resource groups and belonging. They are pivotal in building and maintaining relationships across Drizly to help project manage and liaise between Drizly’s Team Dialogue Task Force, an employee-led action group, Project Management Office, and other task forces that impact inclusion and belonging.


Affinity groups will look to this Lead for guidance and expertise in forming an Employee Resource Group and various business leaders will work with the Lead to set objectives that align with broader organizational goals.



Please note: this role can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States with the exception of Colorado.


In this role you will:

  • Be the main point of contact and resource for our affinity groups & ERGs by helping provide guidance & best practices 
  • Help inspire affinity groups and support their growth into organized ERGs
  • Help foster a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace by increasing understanding and raising awareness that ultimately leads to a deeper sense of belonging for all humans at Drizly
  • Manage projects collaboratively in our Project Management Office (PMO), Team Dialogue Task Force, and other Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action (IDEA)Task Force committees
