Responsibilities:

• Direct accountability and responsibility for overall project success
• Manage client relationships to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project
• Work closely with internal and external clients to review, analyze, define, and execute the project requirements
• Forecast, plan, report, and manage to ensure accurate and timely project revenue/cost accounting.
• Manage and track issues and risks to reduce escalations, and proactively inform and engage Senior Management as needed.
• Learn and comply with all internal project management methodology, policies, and procedures including project task management, resource allocation and utilization, risks, issues and decision documentation and reconciliation

Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Project Management or a related technical field or relevant work experience.
Minimum years of work experience: 2 + years of relevant experience.
Required skills:

• Project Management or program management experience working directly with clients, and stakeholders
• Experience working with cross-functional teams of diverse subject-matter-experts
• Demonstrable competencies in planning and managing a project's scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, and risks
• Excellent communications skills both written and oral
• Willingness to travel as required (10%)

Preferred skills:

• Knowledge of the following industries: healthcare, radiology, PACS, speech and/or software technologies and solutions
• PM experience in a professional services capacity working directly with clients and partners in the Healthcare field with diagnostic Imaging, PACS and or Radiology information systems.
