CCC is currently looking for a Technical Partner Manager (Global Alliances and Integration) that will forge new alliances and manage existing partnerships. You will work closely with the global alliances team, product organization and other departments to develop business-led value propositions and execute on strategic and tactical programs to achieve business targets. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, strong execution skills along with an ability to build and manage both internal and external relationships.

What you will be doing: 

  • Deepen existing partner relationships through effective account management to identify and execute on joint opportunities. 
  • Work with current and potential partners to uncover integration opportunities to build within the competencies of our software offerings. 
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering and Marketing managers to ensure partner integrations and growth are on target with organizational goals; 
  • Work closely with partners to explain benefits, use cases, and workflows associated with integration, staying abreast of CCC development and delivery; bring the integration to market together with coordination and co-marketing. 
  • Work with internal stakeholders and other departments to develop business cases for potential partners by performing research on market opportunity/valuation and partner business/technical viability; provide feedback to leadership regarding market intelligence, competition and opportunities. 
  • Understand partnership deal structure and obligations and ensure compliance. Participate in contract negotiations. 
  • Oversee and execute program activities such as payments and reporting, recurring communication, technical and process documentation, testing and continually improving integration, etc. 
  • Assist in developing a plan to scale approaches to technology integration.
