To support the rapid adoption of the marketplace model and further accelerate our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Functional Expert.
The Role: The Functional Expert will be the functional referent within the Client success team and drive many client-projects related to new Mirakl Products and Offerings. You will work cross functionally with the Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales teams and effectively communicate functional expectations of customers to internal teams. Acting as a trusted advisor on Mirakl Products ensuring customer's best use our platform based on business potential. Responsibilities include:
- Project management-participation and organization of the User Advisory Board and Seller Advisory Board meetings to to collect feedback from both customers and sellers
- Create functional use cases for Customer Success and Sales teams to highlight the outstanding features of our platform and where it can add value to customers
- Assess new product offerings and present to customers (mostly live) through webinars or customer follow-ups
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Master’s Degree a plus!
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally within a Software company
- A good understanding of E-commerce, Marketplace and/or Digital ecosystems
- Analytical and data-driven qualities
- Customer facing experience is a plus
