Superpedestrian is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant and Project Manager with a passion for urban transportation and sustainability.

What you’ll do:

• Work directly alongside the Founder & CEO of a fast-growing company in an exciting industry, gaining insight into the fast-paced world of startups and business development.
• Compile, edit, and proofread material, including presentations, market research, marketing copy award applications, and opinion pieces.
• Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, communicate with outside contacts, prepare expense reports, and act as a representative of the CEO in his absence.
• Have freedom to carve out your niche within the company and take upon yourself additional projects.

Depending on your interests and personality, you will have the opportunity to mold this position into what you want it to be. Opportunities for personal development could include:

• Managing the full production of the company's presence in national and international trade shows, high-profile museum exhibitions and events such as TED.
• Acting as a representative of the company at major events, hosting delegations to our headquarters, and giving presentations and demos.
• Researching and analyzing industry trends and developments.
• Working alongside Marketing and PR teams to facilitate press coverage, product reviews, as well as writing of original content.
