Indigo improves grower profitability, environmental sustainability, and consumer health through the use of natural microbiology and digital technologies. Utilizing beneficial plant microbes and agronomic insights, Indigo works with growers to sustainably produce high quality harvests. Responsibilities:
Inject energy into seminars, seen as a go-to person for all seminars & a partner to the commercial org:
- Bring creative and strategic problem solving to the table to increase attendee numbers, create compelling topics, etc.
- Recommend new processes that will enable efficiencies
- Be a thought partner to commercial and marketing team to best execute seminars in support of commercial goals
Own the seminar program and execute on weekly & quarterly deliverables:
- Act as a quarterback, ensuring that each seminar’s deliverables get completed on time by maintaining a centralized project plan that is viewable and easily understood by the team
- Work with the field reps to schedule seminars including sourcing and securing locations. Support with any questions or requests they have.
- Work with the marketing team in a timely fashion for seminar needs: emails, direct mail, social media promotion. Source and secure collateral and promotional items
- Report out on registrations, attendees, and referrals and quickly identity and work to resolve any low metrics
- Identify areas of opportunity to make the process more efficient
Quarterly responsibilities will include:
- Analyze key metrics (cost per lead, cost per seminar)
- Recommend improvements for key metrics, operations & attendee experience
- Present to sales reps reminding them of seminars and promoting the program
Expand responsibilities beyond seminars and into other commercial event opportunities:
- Work with Event Manager to support on event opportunities that will enable commercial goals (i.e. local tradeshows, sponsorships)
- Help identify event opportunities, provide logistical support (i.e. registration, booth, collateral, scheduling) and at time s on-site support
- Opportunity to work on and help execute the yearly Beneficial Ag event

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of professional experience
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce.com or equivalent
- Microsoft Office suite competent
- Basic knowledge of a marketing automation system
- Ag background or experience preferred, but not necessary
- Project Managing, marketing or events experience
