Enterprise Product Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to focus on our large scale Enterprise engagements, working closely with product management and other business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class results. This role is critical to the success of our programs at the very largest scales and levels of complexity.
In this position, the successful applicant works across multiple teams including product, technology, customer success, and others to deliver value via an integrated program approach. This is a fast-paced team environment, supporting the Workhuman global customer base. We are seeking an energetic and committed Program Manager who can provide insightful, innovative leadership. A demonstrated history of securing excellent outcomes via effective program execution is preferred.

- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that support and align to organizational objectives
- Develop program assessment processes to support iterative measurement and improvement
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Manage worksterams actross multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
- Focus on efficient and timely execution and delivery of value to customers and end users
Responsibilities
- Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned team managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Manage programs for optimal ROI while coordinating and delegating cross-project initiatives as needed
- Identify key requirements to empower cross-functional teams and external vendors to execute in the most effective manner
- Develop and manage against established business goals/objectives
- Work with others to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the overall program of work
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks
The skills you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, product management, software engineering, or related fields is preferred
- 5+ years in a management role with significant scope of responsibility and control (preference given to those with program management experience)
- Exceptional leadership, time management, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of agile product and value delivery practices
- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Comfortable presenting and demonstrating to an executive-level audience.
- Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical people.
- Confident demeanour, taking initiative and making decisions based on sound judgment/investigation, you can be relied on to see objectives through to completion.
- Strong leadership qualities with ability to communicate product vision and decisions across geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to balance conflicting priorities - likely to work on multiple projects simultaneously at times.
