The Enterprise Global Deal Optimization Team (GDOT) Program Manager will be focused on the processes, projects and artifacts related to all Enterprise GDOT functions with the primary initial role of coordinating across divisions, and across all functional areas to operationalize a new product offering. They will drive efficiency and speed within the acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers in support of sales, customer success organization, and cross-divisional with Enterprise and Healthcare along with cross-functional support for Technical Revenue Accounting, Divisional Finance, Enterprise Legal, etc.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead major projects and initiatives within and across Healthcare and Enterprise GDOT - developing work plan (or receiving work plan from other department(s)), coordinating work effort, timeline and risk identification and mitigation within Enterprise GDOT.
  • Lead an large scale cross-divisional and cross functional initiative with the Customer Success Organization (CSO) Enablement Team on projects and needs as it relates to both Enterprise and Healthcare GDOT and/or CSO, ensuring that appropriate Enterprise GDOT Playbooks by resource are current, reviewed and updated on a regular cadence, including updates as required through Enterprise New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.
  • Lead and drive updates to Enterprise GDOT artifacts such as Proposal Document, Order Templates, process flow documents, Statement of Work Templates, etc., establishing a cadence of artifact review and updates as required to ensure Enterprise GDOT stays current to the market and sales model delivery.
  • Supports Enterprise GDOT Leadership Team in the on-boarding of new resources - supporting core content, development of a mentoring program, on-boarding curriculum (with the support of both the Strategy & Performance Team and the CSO Enablement Team).
  • Responsible for interfacing with the Strategy and Performance Team (S&P Team) as it relates to all projects that impact Enterprise GDOT; which may include, but not limited to, representation on project teams, unit and integrated testing of tools, changes to existing tools (related to both workflow tools and Sales/Renewal Deal Tools), provide knowledge of Enterprise GDOT work processes across the team to aid the S&P Team where they are requiring representation, work effort or information.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but commensurate work experience acceptable.
  • Years of Experience: 10 or years of experience managing projects from early stage to completion.


Required Skills:

  • Experience working with process improvement and program management initiatives for multi-function department
  • Ability to work independently and drive to outcomes
  • establishing an appropriate work plan to get from start to outcomes achieved, including risk identification and mitigation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with key cross-functional resources, while driving to outcomes Enterprise GDOT is expecting.


Preferred Skills:

  • Marketing experience or background, particularly focus on artifacts that support the sales process is an additive, but not required.
  • Project management professional a plus, but not required.
