You:
Able to translate business requirements to technical speak
Eager to partner with business leaders and develop relationships to solve problems
Have a solid understanding of Salesforce and it’s ecosystem
Ability to balance demands of project vs run-the-business work
Know how to run sprints and all aspects of Scrum
Effective communicator across all organizational levels
Proven ability to grow and develop team members
Ability to lead agile driven delivery teams
Have a strong desire to continually learn and grow professionally

Our Ideal candidate has:
7-10+ years experience with enterprise CRM application ecosystem
3-5 years in a management role
Technical certifications in; Agile, SFDC would really help you excel!
College, University Diploma
