We are looking for an experienced individual with practical working knowledge of the software delivery process to join a fast growing, international, multilingual data science company. You must have the ability to handle multiple projects. The ideal candidate understands the driving forces behind software delivery and can pull together the various resources to deliver on time. This position requires constant interaction with Product Owners, and Engineers - helping to shape and clearly communicate plans that lead to successful on-time delivery of high quality features. You should have a demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing fast-paced and large-scale project implementations from start to finish.

In addition to project management responsibilities, you must be comfortable with technology. You will be expected to work with (and should have experience in) software repositories, documentation build processes, and website platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand projects and expectations and then manage those projects: resources, turnaround-time, scheduling, deadlines, etc.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and hold others accountable for providing input or taking action items.
  • Provide program management for multiple individual, concurrent localization projects
  • Ensure that quality and project style guidelines are met
  • Develop and manage relationship with external vendors and vendors’ resources

Qualifications

  • Project management experience
  • Attention to detail, deadline driven, cool under pressure
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skill
  • Work well with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures, both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with translation management and content management systems; solid experience with formal software development life cycles
