Learning & Organizational Development Program Manager

As Tripadvisor Media Group’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (ED+I) L&OD PM you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating ED+I learning programs. This is a brand new position with lots of opportunity to create meaningful experiences for our employees, consumers (B2C), and business partners (B2B), globally. In addition to your primary responsibilities, the ED+I L&OD PM will serve as an enterprise-wide generalist in collaboration with the PM for ED+I. Be ready to take on projects that will tap into your expertise and allow for growth and development! 

The ED+I L&OD PM role reports to the Director of ED+I and will work in close partnership with People Operations Business Partners (HRBPs) and L&OD leads/champions across the business.  

Responsibilities

  • Design and assist in facilitating learning paths and experiences for senior leaders, people managers, and individual contributors across a range of general and tailored ED+I topics
  • Customize learning paths and experiences for our People Operations, employee resource groups, ED+I Task Forces, and other key stakeholders
  • Develop and take the lead on ED+I annual convening of key stakeholders, champions, and select external partners 
  • Recommend and evaluate (with opportunities to design, develop and implement) ED+I learning solutions and programming for consumer audiences and B2B partners
  • Liaise with finance and maintain select components of ED+I budget 
  • Coordinate internal and external events to support learning programs (for example: research and book speakers, manage room and registration logistics, gather participant feedback, manage vendor contracts and payments)
  • Work with L&OD leads and People Technology & Analytics to benchmark, gather, track, analyze, and communicate learning metrics 
  • Assist with internal and external ED+I communications
  • Analyze and present trends in the area of ED+I, stay abreast of best practices, and benchmark leading companies and programs
  • Manage intern/Coops(s) as assigned 

Key Skills/Experience

  • Strategic, integrative thinker who is able to understand the cross-departmental relationships necessary to implement company-wide change
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, plan workflow and take initiative
  • Ability to interact, present and communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of and experience designing for different learning styles 
  • Global perspective and ability to identify and respond to regional nuances
  • Experience tracking spend, coordinating budget allocations and providing quarterly budget updates
  • Experience gathering, researching and analyzing data
  • Experience in ILT facilitation and/or instructional design, preferred  
  • 3-5 years of experience in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and Learning and Organizational Development, preferred
