Director of Learning Operations

The mission of Indigo Learning is to enable high-velocity experimentation at scale by relentlessly inspiring, developing, and accelerating our people. Since learning is considered a core part of the DNA at Indigo, the learning leadership team is closely linked to the strategy and operations of Indigo’s core business. As a result, Indigo is building a highly strategic Learning leadership team that spans Strategy, Operations, and our People team.

Responsibilities:

  • Own all Indigo trainings and events and ensure flawless execution
    • Clear agendas and schedules are set so that trainings run on time across all L&D functions
    • Create fantastic onboarding and training programs
  • Evaluate current processes and content in place for all Learning & Development trainings and build a process and plan
    • Create a vision and detailed plan for matching individual people to their specific learning journey
    • Run a master calendar of all trainings and assign individual people to specific sessions
    • Ensure fast implementation of new systems that define and support learning
  • Effectively set and analyze metrics to measure effectiveness of all training functions
    • Ensure clear metrics are tracked across all of Learning and Development
  • Partner with leaders in departments to understand learning needs for their team
    • Enable all functions to have a clear plan and strategy for training and onboarding needs
    • Ensure each employee knows the training schedule for them and their team

Qualifications:

  • Project Management experience
  • Experience leading team and working cross-functionally
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems
  • Willing to travel 1-2 x/month
  • Former consulting or banking experience preferred (2+ years)

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
