Digital Project Manager, Acquisition

We are in search of a Digital Project Manager to join our Creative Operations team in support of Acquisition. The ideal candidate will be passionate about project management, executing programs to schedule, scope, budget and specification.
The Project Manager will oversee digital acquisition efforts, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, to plan, track, manage, and drive all steps in the project lifecycle. He or she will be responsible for managing and maintaining multiple, simultaneous projects—many of which are complex in nature—ensuring adherence to project guidelines and best practice.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead communication of program timelines, status updates and potential risks to the business team
- Implement proven and innovative project management solutions to plan and manage projects
- Manage accounts and projects with third party creative agencies
- Anticipate all assets and key direct response elements required by sport leading up to launch
- Well versed in A/B testing, divining results and anticipating creative iteration requests
- Anticipate additional creative needs in support of acquisition campaign work
- Manage and track the planning, design, approval, and production processes
- Ability to assess, resource and budget projects from creative briefings
- Extract accurate, actionable detail from high-level strategic plans
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal workstreams across functions
- Manage expectations internally and externally regarding schedules, resourcing and budgets
- Practice critical thinking in navigating cross-functional processes and risk resolution
- Ensure that executions launch on-time, deliver to expectation, within scope, and on budget
- Plan and manage resourcing for internal creative team of designers and copywriters
- Drive post-campaign assessments (post-mortem), troubleshooting project hiccups
- Meaningful and lasting relationship building, company-wide and with our external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + minimum of 4-6 years marketing project management experience
- An ability and willingness to always be the calmest person in the room
- Tenacity in follow-through, owning and guiding projects from infancy to execution
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in digital campaign support
- Impeccably organized with a careful attention to detail
- Fluency in Basecamp, JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Office
- Empowered self-starter, with excellent time management skills
- Understanding basic creative + production workflows and trafficking projects within a system
- Experience in managing multiple projects across channels
- Ability to present and defend ideas to scrupulous, senior level audiences
- Ability and desire to effectively drive change through empathy, and persistence
